It is doooone! My first picture towards this Quest for Improvement |D And I am quite pleased~!
I pretty much spent the entire time going "OHMIGOD WHAT AM I DOING RIGHT NOW?" And just filling it with scribbles. Because scribbles are your friends. :3
Man I haven't done a background in FOREVER.
The prompt for this one, given to me by ~Alisaadi was for my character, Th'orwe--Tkini-verse's "original werewolf"--to be in the Night Assembly forest, on one of their tree-platforms, looking out. I think I did that xD I also added in Niaho, the head messenger raven for the Night Assembly. Because I could.
Now I am going to go eat some chocolate and put a hot pack on my shoulder.
I would appreciate any constructive critique you might have! I REALLY want and need to improve during this, so any feedback would be greatly appreciated

Wow, the lighting is superb! Although, maybe it needs just a few, very slight highlights on the wolf & raven, on their right sides? Like someone else said, I love that the characters aren't the main focal point, but I think they could be brought out juuuuust a little more, to make the right side of the picture more 3D and lifelike. Or instead of highlights, maybe it needs some darker shadows, like on the wolf's back.
